SERVICE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Mohammad Al Jounieh, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Salon Services & Booking
All salon appointments must be booked in advance. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide such notice may result in a cancellation fee. Luxury hair extensions and color correction services may require a deposit.
3. Education & Training
Registration for masterclasses and training programs is subject to availability. Fees must be paid in full according to the selected training format (Option A or Option B). Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and educational materials provided by Mohammad Al Jounieh are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mohammad Al Jounieh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.
